1、Friendship Co., Ltd. is exclusively owned by Hong Kong enterprise. Up to now, it has gone through ups and downs of times.
2、On June 28, 1995, the Changan Shangsha Friendship Plant was established in Chang’an Town, Dongwan, Guangdong Province, mainly producing and selling international approved plugs and power cords, wires, connectors, switches, etc..
3、In September, 1998, Ningbo Friendship Electronic Co., Ltd. was established in Yinzhou County, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. It is exclusively owned by Hong Kong enterprise, mainly producing and selling international approved plugs, aiming at serving the needs of customers overseas, and customers in Eastern China and in other Northern provinces.
4、On August 31, 2000, the former Shangsha Friendship Electronic Plant in Changan Town, Dongguan was moved to Xinsi Administration, Hengli Town, Dongwan, Guangdong Province, China, and it changed the name into Hengli Friendship Electronics Plant. The new plant covered the area of 8000㎡. Up to now, the plant is expanded to 11000㎡. It is the production base for long-term investment in the Southern provinces. Due to the need for development, the company set up another exclusively owned enterprise in Yinzhou County, Ningbo—— Ningbo Friendship Hardware Co., Ltd., specializing in producing and developing the hardwires, standard extension cord, attaching plug, etc..  
5、In February, 2001, the Dongwan Plant first imported ISO9001 ∶ 2000. In July of the same year, it became certified. In May, 2005, the Ningbo Co., Ltd. also imported ISO9001 ∶ 2000, and in October, it became certified. With the change of market environment, the company imported ISO14001 environmental system and put it into practice, tried to be certified at the end of 2006. With this, it could carry out the overall quality management and be integrated with the international quality management model.
6、At end of 2001, the company bought a land of 50 Mu in Mingzhou Industrial Park, Dongqiao Town, Yinzhou County, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province(near Ningbo Airport). And it invested 36 million Hong Kong dollar to build a 30000㎡plant and dormitories, which were completed in January, 2004.  The new plant integrated the production of wires, plugs and power cords, attaching hardware plugs, the inner wires of electronic equipments, copper wires, and the output would be growing year after year.
7、In August, 2006, the company bought a land of 80 Mu in Quannan County, Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. And it invested 60million Hong Kong dollar to build a exclusively owned company with 50000㎡ plant and dormitories——Friendship(Ganzhou) Electronics Co. Ltd.. It combined the advantages of Dongwan Plant and Ningbo Company, owning the modern enterprise management system corresponding to ISO9001 ： 2000 and ISO14001 ： 2004 standard model. It integrated the production of plugs and power cords, electric fittings, wires, providing a solid foundation for the development of Friendship Enterprise Co., Ltd..
8、Since October, 2006, the plug-related products have been certified by more than 20 countries, including China(CCC), Germany(VDE), Netherland(KEMA), Switzerland(SEV), Austria(OVE), Argentina(IRAM), Italy(IMQ), Australia(SAA), America(UL), Japan(PSE), Israel(SII), Brazil(TUV), England(ASTA), Korea(KOREA), Norway(NEMKO), Denmark(DEMKO), France(NF), Canada(CAS), Russia(EAC), Finland(FIMKO), Belgium(CEBEC), etc., becoming one of the most certified enterprises in this industry.
